Back to the brotherhood.
Life pulls in many directions. If you are an initiated brother who has stepped back from chapter life, or an Alpha man who has recently made Orlando your home, the door is open. The Reclamation and Retention Committee of Delta Xi Lambda is here to welcome you back — no questions, no judgment, just brotherhood.
Two roads back to the same brotherhood.
This page exists for two groups of Alpha men. Both belong here. Both are welcomed.
You stepped back. We want you back.
Life changes. Careers shift. Families grow. If you are a Delta Xi Lambda brother who has drifted from chapter involvement — whether it has been one year or twenty — reaching back out is all it takes. The Reclamation and Retention Committee will meet you where you are.
You moved here. This is your chapter.
If you are an initiated Alpha Phi Alpha brother who has recently relocated to Central Florida, Delta Xi Lambda is ready to be your chapter home. Transferring your activity to DXL is straightforward. Let us help you get connected.
Reclamation and Retention.
The Delta Xi Lambda Reclamation and Retention Committee was established specifically to rebuild and maintain connections with brothers who have stepped away or relocated to the Orlando area.
The committee's work is simple: reach out, listen, and make it easy for every brother to find his place in the chapter. There is no shame in having been away. There is only the question of what happens next.
